Growing experiences

It has been a weird week. So many life changing things have happened for so many people I know. A good friend of ours was diagnosed with cancer. He is a father of 3, whom we have known for a long time. A guy from high school was also killed this week in an ATV accident. My brother-in-laws Mom was also diagnosed with cancer. We've had a friend with a sick daughter, with failing kidneys, and my Father-in-law had surgery and is still having problems with his recovery. My friend also lost her grandmother, who was more like a mother to her. It has just been one of those sad weeks, where things happen, and it is hard to see people suffering. I know that often we grow the most, from the hardest experiences. I just pray they will all feel peace and comfort, in knowing that others are praying for them.
