Bear Lake

I took the kids and Morgan's friend Hailee, to Bear Lake for the day. Matt wasn't able to get off work, so we went anyway. The kids have never been there. (Morgan went with someone a long time ago, but that's it.) Anyway, I have forgotten how beautiful it is. The water was so blue, it looked like a fake scenery backdrop. It is beautiful coming down the mountain, and seeing the lake below. We found a place to set up for the day, and had a blast. Sand castles,
a canoe,
a paddle boat,

lunch, more sand castles,
holes,
,
beach babes,
and sun. It felt like a mini vacation, because the kids kept comparing that beach to the beach in Mexico. :) We also stopped and got a yummy dinner and shakes, and then got home that night. We are definitely going to have to do that again.
